Independent Thinking Beyond AI — Openbook Talk

The second session of the Openbook Review talk series, in conversation with Noopher AI founder Chen Yi-chang on what AI's errors about Taiwan mean, and on balancing sovereign AI with content licensing. The published notes record that Traditional Chinese makes up about 0.5% of global AI training data, and set out three levels of sovereign AI: infrastructure resilience, cultural values and productive capacity.
