English version, posted by the author with the song
In the midnight’s dream descending,
Countless lives, like meteors, flash and fade,
Streaking the firmament, sinking into boundless dust.
Immersed in endless serenity,
Star trails shatter into a thousand ripples,
You silently gaze at the lake’s reflection,
Seeing yourself mirrored in myriad worlds.
Until dawn’s warm light spills forth,
Staining the heart’s lake with golden time.
