Island — the 569 tokens

On 2 July 2022 FAB DAO deployed the Project % contract on Ethereum; at noon on 17 July it was revealed and the five artists’ mountains appeared. Che-Yu Wu’s Island accounts for 569 tokens in that contract, from #1 to #2842, scattered among the interleaved numbers of the five series. Each one is fixed by the hash of the transaction that minted it and its four-digit number; the two become random numbers that replace p5.js’s random(), so a token always grows the same ridges, the same sky, the same sun or moon. The services that held the thumbnails and live pages, token.fab.tw and token.fabdao.world, can no longer be reached; this page keeps the 569 hashes, the share of each of the five traits across the whole, and the picture of every token recomputed locally from the minted code. Collectors’ names and wallet addresses stay on chain, not here.
