SoulSea — the 300 editions

SoulSea was published on fxhash on 29 December 2021; minting opened thirty-four minutes later and all three hundred editions were minted within thirty seconds, two hundred and eighty-eight wallets each taking a sea. Each edition grows from the hash assigned on chain: the hash becomes a stream of random numbers, and the numbers decide seventeen traits in order, six colour bounds, the palette, the creatures, the stroke, the shape, the wave noise, the vertex span, the glitch frequency, two wave frequencies, the splash threshold and the canvas angle, so the same hash always grows the same sea. Since the fxhash site went dark in 2026 the record of these three hundred is kept here, by us: every hash, the share of each trait among the three hundred, two swatches composed from the colour bounds, and the capture taken at mint. Collectors’ names and wallet addresses stay on chain, not on this page.
