Overview
An immersive concert of piano, light and poetry travels along the boundary between dreams and solitude.
Work and viewing
The Huashan presentation unfolds as a ninety-minute sound journey. Visitors can sit, lie down or close their eyes, moving through images of cosmic light, a lakeside breeze, stardust, snow and sea in a posture of their own choosing.

Stepping into Huashan 1914 Creative Park, a 90-minute “Sound Date” awaits you.
It’s a sound that invites you to press pause on life. Amid the flood of everyday noise, this immersive piano concert guides the audience on a dreamlike journey — from the first light of the universe to the rebirth of the soul. Through music, light, and poetry, it explores the delicate boundary between dreams and solitude.
You can sit, lie down, or simply close your eyes. Unlike traditional formal concerts, this is a free-spirited experience. You may wander with the piano’s notes and shifting lights, drifting from the faint glow of the cosmos to the afternoon breeze by a lake, through the stirring dance of stardust, and into the serene embrace of snow and sea. Here, there is no distance, no judgment — only a deep conversation between you and yourself, resonating at the core.
The inspiration for this performance comes from Wu Zhe-Yu’s long contemplation at the intersection of the digital and the emotional, gazing deeply into the trajectory of his own life. Those moments compressed so tightly by daily routines that they seemed to leave no room to breathe sparked his longing for a place where time could pause — a place where one could hear their own heartbeat.
Thus, he uses music as his pen and light as his paint, unfolding across the space five chapters: the birth of light, the flow of memory, the whisper of dreams, the burning of stars, and the final return.
We hope that when visitors step into this realm where sound and light intertwine, they won’t simply sit and listen. Instead, they will walk back to that personal shore — where waves, faint light, and verses meet — and rediscover the self that life may have overlooked, yet has been quietly waiting all along.
